COOLING TOWER
CHEMICALS
Whether your cooling tower is large or small, it has chemical treatment
requirements that must be met accurately and reliably to control corrosion,
scale and deposits. Chemicals injected include:
·
Corrosion inhibitors
·
Scale inhibitors
- Dispersants
- Biological control agents
- Coagulants
- Flocculants
You could obtain an unreliable, minimum-capability system from your chemical supplier…
Or you could spend your design resources on a custom-built system.
Either way, it was hard to get the right combination of capability and cost.
We have Solution for above problems they are:
BEFORE CLEANING AFTER CLEANING
CHEMCON-308 – Scale
CHEMCON-308 is a liquid formulation designed protects ferrous as well as copper equipment from recirculating cooling water system. It contains no heavy metal formulation and powerful scale inhibitor to control precipitation of calcium phosphates, carbonate & sulphate. Along with a catalyst it also contains dispersant to keep suspended matter such as silt, metal oxides, etc in dispersed form avoiding deposition on heat exchangers
CHEMCON-573 – Biocide
CHEMCON-573 is biodegradable, wide spectrum organic liquid micro biocide based on quaternary ammonium compounds used in industrial recirculating cooling water systems. CHEMCON-573 controls build up of biological slimes & sulphate reducing bacteria.
CHEMCON- 319 – Biocide
CHEMCON- 319 is a powerful antifoulant for treatment of recirculating cooling water. It is a wide spectrum liquid microbiocide for checking microbiological growth. CHEMCON- 319 controls build up of trouble-some bacteria in industrial cooling water. A powerful dispersant keeps slit & similar foulants in suspension.
CHEMCON-526 – Biocide
CHEMCON-526 is a powerful antifoulant for treatment of recirculating cooling water system. It is a wide spectrum liquid micro biocide for checking microbiological growth. CHEMCON-526 controls build up of trouble-some bacteria in industrial cooling water powerful dispersant keeps slit & similar foulants in suspension.
